Polpette di Zucchine

Un piatto gustoso e sicuramente apprezzato.

Directions

  1. Prima di tutto grattugiate per bene la zucchina e mettetela in un colino per togliere tutta l’acqua in eccesso (schiacciate con le mani per far fuoriuscire l’acqua).
  2. Una volta fatto questo in una bella ciotola capiente mischiate per bene la zucchina grattuggiata, uovo, parmigiano e la cipolla tritata.(Se vedete che il composto è un pò troppo molliccio o acquoso, potete aggiungere un po’ di pangrattato o farina).
  3. Un volta amalgamato per bene il composto preparate delle polpette (piatte cuociono più in fretta). Una volta preparate disponetele su una teglia antiaderente. Mettete a cuocere in forno a 200°C per almeno 20 minuti.
