- Cozer as couves de bruxelas e courgette durante 5 minutos após levantar fervura.
- Num wok ou frigideira antiaderente cubra o fundo com o sumo de um limão e acrescente uma colher de chá de azeite, misture. Leve a aquecer e junte as couves e courgette já cozidas e bem escorridas.
- Salteie os legumes, mexendo de vez em quando. Misture os cogumelos frescos cortados em tiras e a cenoura raspada. Deixe em lume brando mais 2 ou 3 minutos e sirva quente.
