Куриные Оладушки

Нежные и тающие во рту.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Филе нарезать тонкой соломкой, посолить, поперчить, добавить измельченный чеснок, перемешать, оставить мариноваться. На крупной терке натереть морковь, измельчить лук.
  2. Из муки, кефира, яиц и разрыхлителя вымесить тесто консистенции густой сметаны, посолить.
  3. Все тщательно перемешать, при необходимости еще посолить, поперчить.
  4. Оладьи жарить на растительном масле на среднем огне до золотистой корочки.
