Pão sem glúten com textura macia.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mergulhe as ameixas e os damascos em água quente por 30 minutos. Bata no liquidificador.
  2. Lentamente coloque os ingredientes restantes, adicionando o fermento por último.
  3. Transfira para uma forma de pão forrada com pergaminho e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC por 40 minutos.
  4. Deixe esfriar antes de cortar.
