Ingredients: 0.3 serving Kokosöl Nativ; 100 g Baby-Spinat; 1.6 servings Vollkorn-Spaghetti; 1 serving Cherry Roma Tomaten; 1 1/4 servings Mini Mozzarella; 1.2 servings Zwiebel; 2 1/2 servings Cremefine 7%; 2 cloves Knoblauch

Unglaublich einfach zuzubereiten und cremige Spinat-Spaghetti, die Sie satt machen.

Directions

Zwiebel und Knoblauch schneiden. In einer Pfanne mit Öl anbraten.
Die Nudeln kochen und etwas Nudelwasser beiseite stellen. Die Nudeln abgießen.
Die Nudeln und in Scheiben geschnittene Tomaten in die Pfanne geben, dann den Babyspinat hinzufügen.
Sahne, Nudelwasser und Mini-Mozzarella hinzufügen. Nach Geschmack würzen und gut umrühren.
