Spaghetti mit Spinat & Tomaten
Unglaublich einfach zuzubereiten und cremige Spinat-Spaghetti, die Sie satt machen.
Ingredients
Directions
- Zwiebel und Knoblauch schneiden. In einer Pfanne mit Öl anbraten.
- Die Nudeln kochen und etwas Nudelwasser beiseite stellen. Die Nudeln abgießen.
- Die Nudeln und in Scheiben geschnittene Tomaten in die Pfanne geben, dann den Babyspinat hinzufügen.
- Sahne, Nudelwasser und Mini-Mozzarella hinzufügen. Nach Geschmack würzen und gut umrühren.
