  1. Poner a hervir en el microondas la leche junto a la miel y la avena durante 2 min.
  2. Una vez salga, agregar el arándano y las semillas (se puede agregar un poco de canela molida).
  3. También se puede meter al refrigerador aprox. 30 min para comerse como postre frió.
