Pão Integral de Soja com Linhaça

Pão vegan, 100% integral com grãos de linhaça.

Directions

  1. Liquidifique/processe os grãos de soja com o mínimo de água possível até que se tornem uma pasta.
  2. Coloque em um recipiente os ingredientes secos, misture. Faça um buraco no centro e adicione os ingredientes líquidos e a pasta de soja. Amasse bem. Se necessário acrescente um pouco de farinha.
  3. Coloque em uma forma untada e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 250ºC por aproximadamente 35 minutos. Também pode ser feito pãezinhos individuais, ou usar como massa de pizza, ou como piadinas.
