Classic Potato Salad

An egg, mustard, relish and mayo based classic.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash, cube and boil potatoes.
  2. Hard boil the eggs.
  3. Dice onion, celery and egg.
  4. Add relish.
  5. Add drained and cooked potatoes, mayonnaise and mustard.
  6. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  7. Mix well and served chilled.

Sounds delicious but it serves 12 ...... how much... 1 cup, 1 1/2 cups? What? Please explain how much a serving is.
