Directions

  1. Jülyen doğranmış soğanları, 1/4 boyutunda doğranmış domatesleri, dilimli siyah zeytinleri, kekik, tuz ve zeytinyağını karıştır. Hamur hazırlanıncaya kadar beklesin.
  2. Yumurtaları çırp ve üzerine Hindistan ceviz ununu, tuz ile kremayı ilave edip yoğur.
  3. Yağlı kağıt serilmiş dikdörtgen bir tepsiye hamuru yayıp üzerine sebze ve zeytin karışımını yay.
  4. 180 derece fırnda 35-40 dakika pişir.
