Directions

  1. Eplucher et couper en fines rondelles les pommes de terre puis les mettre dans un plat à gratin.
  2. Melanger la crème et le lait, puis verser sur les patates.
  3. Parsemer de sel, poivre et muscade, melanger.
  4. Enfourner 45 minutes à 180°C.
