Protein Oat Cookie

Delicious cookies that will take only minutes to make!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175c.
  2. Mix the oats, protein powder, baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix the egg, coconut oil (melted) and honey separately.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Make 9 even balls and place them on the baking tray with baking paper.
  6. Cook for 8-10 mins.
