Savory Egg Muffins

This recipe is with peppers, onions and spinach but any vegetables can be added.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the onions, peppers and spinach (best to use frozen spinach).
  2. Mix eggs with almond milk.
  3. Add veggies and flour to the egg.
  4. Add salt, pepper and any preferable spices.
  5. Smear muffin form with ghee butter and add the mixture into 6 separate spaces.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
