Risotto ai Carciofi

Risotto con cuori di carciofi e parmigiano.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mettere i carciofi surgelati in acqua bollente salata e lasciare bollire per circa 8 minuti. Contemporaneamente mettere il riso in una padella con l'olio di oliva e fare saltare fino a quando chicchi non saranno trasparenti, poi iniziare a versare l'acqua di bollitura dei carciofi alla quale avrete aggiunto un poco di dado.
  2. Sminuzzare i carciofi a piacere e mettere nella padella assieme al riso e continuare la cottura a risotto.
  3. Quando il riso è quasi cotto aggiungere il burro e il parmigiano grattugiato. Correggete di sale e portate a termine la cottura.
