Nutty Brownies

Yum chocolate and walnuts, what could taste better.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly coat an 8x8" square baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Pulse walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped. Place in a large mixing bowl; add sugar substitute, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
  3. Whisk egg substitute, sour cream, oil and vanilla together and make a well into the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
  4. Heat the chocolate chips in a small sauce pan on medium-low heat and whisk until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk into the batter.
  5. Pour batter into your prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. About 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before serving. Makes 16 squares.
  7. These can be frozen for a snack at a later time.
