Directions

  1. Rale a casca do limão, reserve, e extrair o suco.
  2. Em um recipiente, misturar a farinha, o açucar, o fermento e as raspas de limão. Mexer até misturar.
  3. Adicionar o ovo, a margarina em temperatura ambiente e o suco de limão, e misturar até a massa atingir o ponto para enrolar.
  4. Retira um pedaço da massa utilizando uma colher de sopa, faça uma bolinha, e marque com um garfo para decorar.
  5. Coloque em uma forma de assar, por 20 minutos ou até dourar.
