Buntes Gemüserisotto

Cremig, käsig und würzig.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Möhre schälen und reiben. Paprika in kleine Würfel schneiden. Zwiebel und Knoblauch abziehen und in feine Würfel schneiden.
  2. Butter in einem Topf zerlassen und Zwiebeln und Knoblauch darin kurz anschwitzen. Risotto dazugeben und ebenfalls mit anschwitzen.
  3. Zwei Kellen Brühe hinzugeben und gut unterrühren. Wenn die Flüssigkeit zu Neige geht wieder zwei Kellen Brühe hinzugeben und verrühren. Und so weiter verfahren bis noch etwa eine Kelle Brühe übrig ist.
  4. Nun das Gemüse und Kurkuma, die restliche Brühe und den Orangensaft in den Topf geben. Nochmals gut mischen.
  5. Den geriebenen Käse unter das fertige Risotto rühren.
