Gevulde Tomaten met Spinazie en Roquefort

Recept voor heerlijke gevulde tomaten.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Snij het kapje van de tomaten en hol ze uit. Bestrooi de binnenkant met zout, zet ze ondersteboven en laat uitlekken. Hak het vruchtvlees fijn. Hak de knoflook en de sjalot fijn. Snij de Gorgonzola in plakjes. Was de spinazie en laat hem uitlekken.
  2. Verhit de olie, bak de sjalot en de knoflook glazig. Voeg het tomatenvlees toe en verhit tot het vocht verdampt is. Roer er de spinazie door, verwarm nog even en kruid met peper en zout.
  3. Vul de tomaten met het mengsel en leg er een plakje Gorgonzola op. Rooster ze 5 minuten op de grill.
