Ratatouille

Ragoût de légumes super sain.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper en cubes courgettes et aubergines. Émincer l'oignon et l'ail.
  2. Dans une poêle, mettre de l'huile d'olives. Faire revenir oignon et ail pendant 5 minutes.
  3. Ajouter courgettes. Faire revenir 5-10 minutes à feu fort.
  4. Ajouter les aubergines. Faire revenir 5-10 minutes à feu fort.
  5. Ajouter la sauce tomates. Ajouter le thym, sel, poivre, et persil. Faire cuire 20-30 minutes à feu doux.
  6. Ajouter du sucre si la sauce est trop acide.
  7. Mettre dans un plat allant au four. Casser un œuf au dessus.
  8. Faire cuire au grill à 240°C pendant 2 à 3 minutes.
