Risotto Poulet Champignons

Risotto crémeux et réconfortant avec une recette facile étape par étape.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Émincer l'oignon. Le faire revenir dans une poêle avec du beurre.
  2. Ajouter le riz. Le faire revenir pendant 5 minutes.
  3. Préparer 500ml de bouillon de volaille. Coupez le blanc de poulet en petits cubes puis ajoutez la crème liquide entière avec du sel et du poivre.
  4. Ajouter petit à petit ce bouillon au riz.
  5. Hacher l'ail et le persil. Mélanger.
  6. Faire cuire les champignons dans une poêle avec beurre. Ajouter la persillade. Réserver.
  7. Dans cette même poêle, faire cuire le poulet en petits cubes.
  8. Ajouter les champignons au risotto puis le poulet. Mélanger.
