Granola Caseira Low Carb

Granola com frutos secos e sementes, cacau puro, côco ralado e óleo de côco. Ótima para juntar ao iogurte.

  1. Picar grosseiramente os frutos secos. Juntar todos os ingredientes secos numa taça e misturar muito bem. Adicionar o óleo de coco e voltar a misturar. À parte, bater o ovo muito bem e misturar. Juntar as pepitas de cacau e envolver tudo com as mãos, até homogeneizar a mistura.
  2. Colocar esta mistura no forno, pré-aquecido a 140º, em tabuleiro de ir ao forno (se não for anti-aderente, colocar sobre papel vegetal, durante 20 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando.
  3. Desligar o forno e deixar arrefecer lá dentro (se feita à noite, pode ficar até ao dia seguinte).
  4. Guardar em vasilhas fechadas (por ex., frascos de vidro).
