Directions

  1. Cuire les patates dans l'eau sans les épluchées. Les égoutter les éplucher et les réduire en purée au presse purée.
  2. Ajouter y le beurre ramolli couper en morceaux ajouter l'anisette le sucre la vanille les œufs battus mélanger.
  3. Beurrer un moule verser y la préparation faire un quadrillage sur le dessus enfourner 1h à 190° laisser refroidir.
