Crepas de Espinaca y Avena

Crepas de avena y espinaca nutritivas pueden ser dulces saladas ya que la receta es neutral.

Directions

  1. Pulverizar la avena en la licuadora y apartar.
  2. Licuar las claras y el huevo entero hasta tener una mezcla homogénea.
  3. Agregar el resto de los ingredientes y licuar hasta tener una mezcla líquida.
  4. Opcional. Puedes colar la mezcla para tener una consistencia más fina y delgada en tus crepas.
  5. Calentar un sartén con antiadherente a fuego medio y agregar un poco de la mezcla que cubra el fondo con una capa delgada.
  6. Esperar aproximadamente unos 10 segundos hasta que las orillas se despeguen y puedas voltear para cocinar del otro lado aprox 10 seg.
  7. Rellenar de cualquier alimento dulce o salado ya que la receta es neutral. Deja volar la imaginación.
