Suflê de Brócolos e Claras de Ovo

O suflê é uma receita extramente leve e deliciosa.

Directions

  1. Juntar as claras, as gemas, o queijo cottage e o fermento e passar tudo muito bem no liquidificador.
  2. Ao produto retirado do liquidificador, juntar os brócolos picados e o frango desfiado.
  3. Misturar tudo muito bem e distribuir por formas de silicone. Levar ao forno por 30 minutos a uma temperatura de 180 graus.
