Spicy Turkey Breasts

A great lowfat recipe that will put some zing into your turkey.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut breasts into 4 steaks.
  2. Combine in a bowl the corriander seeds, crushed red pepper, ground ginger, sea salt, lime peel and half of the cumin.
  3. Take the balance of the cumin and sprinkle it on the turkey steaks so it sticks.
  4. Grill or bbq the turkey for ~15 minutes or until cooked, making sure to turn at least once.
  5. In another bowl combine yogurt, lime juice and the reserved cumin mixture to make a sauce.
