Directions
- Mantarları yıkama usulu temizliyorsanız kağıt peçetelerle suyunu iyice aldırın ve elinizle uzunlamasına birkaç parçaya ayırın. Patates ve biberleri de yaklaşık mantarların büyüklüğünde kesin. Sarımsakları da küçük küçük doğrayın.
- Yağlı kağıt serilmiş tepsiye ister karıştırarak isterseniz ayrı tüm malzemeyi yerleştirin. Dilerseniz baharatta kullanabilirsiniz. Tuzlama işlemini piştikten sonra yapın.
