Arroz con leche con bastante proteína para los que queremos ganar masa muscular y no llegamos a comer lo suficiente.

Directions
- Colocar todo menos las claras.
- Cocinar durante 25-30 min aprox hasta que el arroz quede blando.
- Antes de sacar agregar las claras y cocinar un par de minutos más. Agregar canela queda exquisita.

121 cal por porción, de cuántos gramos hablamos? Y por otro lado, no entiendo el por qué de las claras, el arroz con leche tradicional no las lleva.

El titulo dice con Bastante Proteinas!! y solo queda con 4.49 g por porcion!! eso es Bastante???

Se puede reemplazar el azucar x miel o azucar de mascabo?

diaggg!! que asco las claras!! comer sano no tiene porque ser asqueroso!! de todo modo podrias comer arroz con leche clasic como permitido!! pero bue... cada loco comparte su locura
