Smoothie Pomme Framboise Amande

Un smoothie léger et vitaminé à base de fruits et de lait d'amande sans sucre ajouté, parfait pour un encas de milieu d'aprem.

  1. Dans un mixeur ou un blender, ajouter la pomme épluchée et coupée en morceaux et la mixer. Ajouter les framboises et mixer à nouveau.
  2. Ajouter lait d'amande (pour un grand verre de smoothie, sinon mettre moins) et mixer.
  3. Servir le smoothie (éventuellement le passer avec une passette pour retirer les petits morceaux de fruits et les grains de framboises n'ayant pas été complètement mixés) et le mettre au frais pendant 10/15 minutes. Déguster.
