  1. Préchauffer le four à 200°C.
  2. Mélanger les ingrédients secs d'un côté (farine, sucre et levure), creuser un puits, y déposer l'oeuf et le fromage blanc.
  3. Mélanger très brièvement (ce n'est pas grave s'il reste des grumeaux, ils disparaîtront à la cuisson).
  4. Verser la pâte dans les moule à muffins (n'ayez pas peur de les remplir jusqu'en haut) et enfournez pour 20 à 30 min selon votre four.
