Sausage Gravy over Eggs

A yummy low carb alternative to biscuits and gravy.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Crumble and brown sausage.
  2. Add light and heavy cream, and pepper and stir well.
  3. Simmer (reduce) until thickened to your liking.
  4. Pour over scrambled eggs.

This is really good. I added a little atkins bake mix to thicken it up a bit. Tastes like the real thing.

Just made this it was really good but I modified it made the portions smaller and only used heavy cream that has no carbs in it did not use the light cream. It was really good. Tasted just like gravy for biscuits.
