Today's my first weekend day on the plan, which will be a challenge. I had my galette dukan for breakfast (I'm going to stick to the oat bran only for my next batch, I think; wheat bran is too much like chopped straw). At lunchtime I cracked and had a slice of pizza as I'd spent ages preparing some from scratch for the family :( not too high in fat, but rather too many carbs. So I'll be on the straight and narrow - protein only - for the rest of the day and for tomorrow too.
