Mother of 2 (15 and 13) - have lost weight successfully (after a bit of a struggle, it has to be said) in the past but in the last 8 years since I went back to work after having the boys I have gained 2 1/2 stone (21 lb). I don't think I'll ever get back to the weight I was when I was 18 (145 lb) but 160 lb is a reasonable weight for a 6-footer with broad shoulders so that's where I'm aiming.
My aim is to have enough of a waist that I can tuck my shirt into my jeans without the dreaded muffin top. And not to look so matronly.
