I'm being very good, but the weight has stayed the same. I am doing well with getting up in the morning and doing an exercise routine from Exercise TV. I'm hoping to see 150 soon.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
