Stayed the same over 3 weeks. One week was Spring Break and birthday--major blowing it (tons of eating, no working out). Guess it balanced out with the two good weeks that surrounded it.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
