Keto combine intermitten fasting hampir ala2 OCD juga...tp juga masih belajar sih.....ini sminggu ga makan karbo tp tinggi protein dr daging...lemak dr nabati...masih tetep kurang sih lemaknya krn takut2 gitu makan lemak....😂😂

lemaknya perbanyak yg nabati aja. trus coba mnm air putih 200 ml + 1 sdm vco. diminum 2 x sehari.
cemilan krupuk kulit atau keju.
kalau saya makan yg terlalu banyak lemak ayam atau sapi malah eneg..
