dulu harus makan nasi biar kenyang...sekarang suka makan lauk doank klo pengen pake nasi. kalo dr asupan sih karbo emang berkurang banget. nah sekarang tuh ngerasain klo makan nasi agak banyak malah jdi kaya diare (bab nya cair, ini aja udh 3x dr pagi). ini kenapa yha? sy kira salah makan ternyata tiap makan nasi agak banyakan. ini gpp?
