Day 3 on the Dukan diet. Started off with a "galette Dukan" from a batch I made on Monday and refrigerated. There's one left for tomorrow, then I'll have to make some more. Continued with a Muller Light yogurt, then for lunch had 3 slices of peppered roast beef from Sainsbury's and a 100g tub of honey roasted salmon flakes. Teatime - had 1 1/2 grilled courgettes (today's my first day on vegetables) and some boiled cauliflower. Veg have never tasted so good! Looking to round the day off with some cottage cheese later on. So far I have a 3lb weight loss from the fist 2 days which is VERY motivating - and I am pleasantly surprised by now not-hungry I feel. I've never been on a low-carb plan before and I feared I would be gnawing the edge of my desk before lunchtime - but so far, so very good.
