Well I haven't quite met my weekly goals since March! In fact, I am 21 lbs behind :-P BUT, that's ok, I've maintained :) I need a jump start to get back on track and refocus my nutrition so I'm going to do a bottle of the Dynamite 180 and pick up where I left off :)
124.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
