Well, I gained five pounds. My clothes aren't fitting tighter, in fact some fit better. I have been excercising regularly, and when I got weighed at the doctor on monday I was 168. I have gone back on atkins since then and continued to excercise daily, so I think I have gained muscle and am back on track for losing fat.
