Well no weigh in for one month but I am pretty stoked. I was in Australia for a month with the family on vacation, and I gained 1.5 pounds.
No scales the whole time. I definitely tried to be sensible and was conscious of what I was putting in my mouth - but this was vacation. There was beer involved, many dinners and bbq's, some great Asian food from various venues, and I came back where I left off. I'm definitely stoked. I'd like to think I've learned something over the last few months and it served me well. I was totally ready to come back and see I'd gained 5-10 pounds (which would have been very depressing), but that didn't happen. I'm very happy. (And the vacation/friends/family was great)
So back to it.
