Woo-hoo!! Lost 5 lbs!! Even if some/most/all of it is water weight, I still feel good about it :) Now that my body has adjusted to induction, I am going to hit the gym. I am going to try and do 30 minutes at the gym 4x a week and then do light exercises on the other days and have 1 rest day. I hope everyone else is having a great day!!
