I did not drink, I just severely over ate last night when I got home. Any sort of snacky junk food went into my mouth. Back home to eating really healthy again today so I expect the weight to drop down again.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

We all fall off the wagon in some way or another weather it be alcohol or food, just jump back on and get back on the right track. We aren't perfect. I am on Atkins and tonight I am craving carbs for some reason, but I have none in the house so unless I go out, I won't eat any, and I really don't want to go out.
