Put on a few lbs for thanksgiving.. was at the gym this morning! The next few days will be a bit challenging - birthday is in a few days, and I will definitely be eating cake. Had some TG leftovers today, but counteracted with the gym. I think I will bar myself from having any more TG leftovers for the time being(will freeze some of the good stuff and enjoy in a week or so).
83.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
