Woo hoo, weigh in Wednesday and I'm excited?? Yes! 140.2. I had every intention of taking my measurements on Nov. 1st and totally forgot so this morning I took some measurements. I was totally surprised when I pulled out my little notebook that I had taken my measurements on September 12th, I thought it had been months and months ago. Since then I've lost 8 lbs. It felt like it just wasn't budging but those little bits and pieces eventually add up. Biggest surprise was that most of the inches I've lost were in my waist and belly (probably the best place to be losing unhealthy FAT.) An inch here and a half an inch there but 3 inches in my belly. I'm happy to be heading into the feasting part of the year being in control of my eating and trying to exercise everyday. If I keep this up by Spring I should be in pretty good shape.
