I have had only a slight body Measurement change in the last month and have been maintaining. I do suppose that I am setting a strong set point - All is good. I am eating well each day but not in the CI range for weight loss. I am still logging each day and counting calories - meeting my macros. My clothes fit well and I feel healthy. Each day I keep aware of my caloric intake. One morning I actually did bone strengthening exercises 😳😬😶
