Good morning, after 24 hrs that I did yesterday finally my weight is going down again. I started January 2nd and I was 132 lbs today I hit 122.4 lbs I am hoping to reach my goal again that is 110
I am on keto diet and I am practicing fast every day 16/8 I don't eat breakfast only lunch and dinner. Once a week I am doing 24 hrs fast, dinner to dinner.
I feel great. I am 64 and 4" 11" and I am not so active just reach 10,000 step a day( trying to)
55.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 49.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
