Good morning, it was a tough day yesterday. We were so busy in the morning and we had a very important appointment at 3pm so my husband and I didn't have time to stop for lunch , ended that we fast for 22 hrs instead of 16 that we usually do. We realize that it is doable. I was 0.8 lbs down this morning. Happy about it. Little by little my weight is going down. Now I am looking forward to see 120 . Have a good day🌺❤️

Saturday night I had some people over. They eat like us. We all follow a keto diet. So our dinner was an appetizer with Kalamata olives, salami, parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, sopressata, capocollo. I cook some skirt steak on the grill. Everything was keto friendly but I ate too much in quantity. So Sunday night we had leftovers and we decided to eat those. Today, Monday I eat for lunch
- 2 oz of smoked salmon
-4 oz of arugula and celery
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5 kalama olives
- 1 oz mixed roasted nuts
Today dinner
- 4oz London broil
- 4oz arugula and celery
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
12 tbsp pumpkin seeds

My weight is up and down. I have reached this weight so many times but next say is up just 0.2 and the next day 0.2 plus again. Then little by little again goes down. I really don't do anything different. I will keep going.

I need to stop eating nuts. I understand that nuts when I do keto diet are important bc are good fat but at the same time those trigger my brain that ask for more and more. I am not hungry but just want to eat more nuts if I start. I don't have any snacks between my two meals and I don't need because I am not hungry. Today I am committed to not have any of those until I feel confident that I will able to eat only few.
