It's been 2 weeks after my wife and I quit smoking. We ate everything in our path. Back to normal from today. Small sacrifices for big gains
109.1 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done. I went from social smoking cigarettes' for many years to now being hooked on the Vuse vape!

It’s the damn Vuse that’s so hard to kick!

The problem I have with the Vuse is that it is so easy to smoke at your desk when working from home or driving in your car.
