I haven't been great this week. I ate takeout food a couple times and only did a quick workout on Monday. I haven't even eaten the foods I made for myself. I did, however, try to keep things portioned and I guess it worked in my favor. Small weight changes here and there but I did have my rag this week so I tried not to weigh myself until today. Still can lose those 11 pounds left, so gonna try harder to meet the next mini challenge! Overall, I'm just super happy I'm past my rut weight of 187 and finally (a tad) below the 185 mark!
