Another .6 lbs. lost. getting tougher each week. The good news is I can mai tain as I have spurged on several occasions. Head to vacation Friday. Will work to get my excersise in. hope everyone is off to a great start of the week.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
