Well its still coming off but extremly slow. I am not chasing a number so there is no panic. The inches continue to shrink. started 2xl now can do medium shirts. Waste is down to a 34! That is the exciting stuff. Still slow getting the excersie in daily. my vacation projects are wrapping up so that will help avoid the late nights. Here is to a great week!
83.3 kg Lost so far: 25.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m encouraged, as I too started my journey as a 2x. I’m in a large right now and recently broke a weight plateau. Whew glad that’s behind me. LOL Thank you for sharing and great job!
